The same spamming of map/location works at the farm; there's a random free dickwolf scene, free catgirl scene, and Eva the Alraune. That last one may offer more than trading a consumable for Alraune Nectar, but I don't know how. [Protip, when spamming for the Nectar, once you have one, just give the bulb Alraune Nectar, which nets you 4 instead of 5] Higher affection w/ Kay is necessary to start the 'quest' get the Alchemy lab as well.
