Get Transmute (Be sure not to get anything else in the magic tree that isn't needed to get those two) 3. Max out the entire physical combat skill tree, take the top path over the bottom path at the start 4.Get all the potion efficiency that you can. (Potion efficiency also improves stats you get from crafting properties onto equipment) As you go through the game, keep using transmute on any good base items that you get, this will save you from having to buy/refind good armor over and over. Craft HP/MP regen (Not restore, regen) onto all your equipment whenever you can, craft it on the best equipment you have first. You can also transmute crafting items to keep them if you can't find a forge. Remember that you can forge an item with the same crafting item twice if you craft it with just one item and then reforge it with the same item again. Attack/Bleed/Decimate are good if you have spare mana and not enough regen items. HP/MP regen will allow you to kill monsters and heal for more health than they deal damage to you (Through hp regen or allowing you to cast heal), allowing you to kill more and more enemies with no downside each run. You can go through the last 50 dungeon floors in two runs easily with regen, returning once when the monsters scale too much so you can get better gear to enchant with regen again. Your regen will also allow you to stockpile potions since you don't need any healing. You can then use all your potions for healing/mana to cast heal when you fight him. You can also use transmute to keep large potions if you want to stockpile them. If you want to maximize your character into a killing machine, stack as much dark attack element as possible on all your gear with Hearts of Darkness after you get all the potion efficiency on the tree.
