We had a bunch of old tapes with random stuff like Slayers from the International Channel and Pinky and the Brain and Dragonball Z. We'd reuse the tapes until they wore out. I still remember the first time I watched the final episode of Cowboy Bebop and Blue started playing. It was one of those times I couldn't look away from the TV.

After watching Cowboy Bebop I loved anime and started staying up late to watch all the anime that aired on the foreign country channel. As the show that got me into anime, I love Cowboy Bebop. I really need to re-watch it.
