Surgery can't always fix the psyche, but that doesn't make every surgery a waste of money. Don't
generalise, you retard.
The point of the surgery is to make trans women feel at home in their body. If surgery won't do
that, they shouldn't go through with it. If they're not 100% sure that it will, they shouldn't go
through with it. But that is something every trans woman has to decide for herself. It's not a
waste if it makes them happy, and it's certainly not an abomination, regardless of what some sad
greasy cunt who worships a thousand year old book on the Internet says.
