I found out by looking at the reviews on newgrounds. I guess you're supposed to furiously rub her
thighs until the bar on the left rises, then furiously rub her vagina until it's like half full.
After that you can start using the pinchy hand to lift her skirt thing, but it raises the stress
hella so furiously rub her legs again until it goes down.
It's sorta mediocre, but apparently there are also "endings'. I never saw any of them, though.
