I believe this flash may be due for an update.
Using the files scoring system I got 198 for Sonboly only scored 198 but Bouhlel got a whopping
2460. Although I'm not sure if he fits into any of the categories.
I think there have been some ISIS euro bombings since Omar that may qualify for the list.
