That's a weird way of spelling Fallout: New Vegas.
P.S., Fallout 3 is fucking trash, even Fallout 4 is better.

FO2 was obviously the best for different things to do (read: roleplay in a fucking roleplaying
game). FO:NV was the best that Obsidian could do despite Bethesda fucking them over, and ruining
any chance it had to be amazing.

NV was by far better written and had better world building, but the actual world was way less
interesting and less dense than FO3's, who's map was a lot more varied and open and more
interesting to explore.
NV had desert and more desert and relatively few actually interesting parts. It was also very
linear with its exploration, using invisible walls and high level monsters to funnel you in
certain directions. FO3 had a bunch of really interesting buildings and places and really nailed
the ruin porn.
Overall id say NV is the better game, but that doesnt mean FO3 isnt my favourite.
