Does the phase inverter stack with the polarized photon reflux upgrade?
A bit strapped for cash and not willing to upgrade unless I get he max from it.

Why does this even have a NewGame+ mode when you have to relearn all the basic moves? It makes
all the secret upgrades to the basic moves useless until you relearn them.
