  After level 100 the zones start looping (with high level versions of the old monsters, with
  occasional unique bosses), and about that time you'll get the option to restart. Restarting gives
  you "hero souls" based on the total levels you gathered across all heroes, and you get a bigger
  DPS bonus the more souls you collect. Or you can spend the souls to get other perks, like reduced
  skill cooldowns or whatever.

  I'm at something like zone 140 and I've probably got about 2/3 of the heroes.

  Use Dark Ritual like mad, by the way.
