  Last I checked, Sou has said that if /f/ is ever relegated, he will give up managing in favor of
  streaming the babbies.
  It's clearly something he enjoys doing but given the choice between managing and streaming, he'd
  choose streaming.

  It's really much more than that.

  See a large comfort of mine whenever a rocky season passes is that there will be a new season to
  come. To reset the mistakes of the past, to give each and every team a clean slate and something
  to improve and build upon.

  The 4CC as it is is still rather short handed on streamers and while I do enjoy streaming I enjoy
  the cup as a whole and do my best to keep the current format the way it is. Because it's familiar
  and adds a different depth to it.

  If we haven't the man power to bring the next season than some teams wont get their clean slate.
  Their chance to try once again. I'm a stubborn asshole as 4 years of managing a team in PES is
  something no sane man would do. But if I'm not forced out of the position then I'll never bring
  myself to resignation. I don't wanna retire until /f/ wins an elite cup but if it comes to pass
  then I have to extend that clean slate comfort to all the other teams in the lower levels of
  competition.

  /f/'s been good for awhile, so I don't think one relegation would lead to a sacking. Not to
  mention better visibility and roster management than most other managers.

  Sou streams the babbies, and if the team he's also managing is in the babbies, that leads to a
  bit of a conflict of interest.
  It's not a matter of he'll resign because we'll all scream for his resignation, he'll resign
  because he can't manage and stream the cup at the same time.
