The thing about autism is that these people aren't actually impaired, they are deciding to act
inappropriately because they cannot see the different between the right and wrong way to behave
in basic situations. Kids his age with autism usually wake up one day and stop being retarded

First up, that's not "new", that's probably some of the oldest social behaviour in existence.
Secondly if you look at thinks like the changes to the DSM. there's been a pretty clear effort to
get away from diagnosing "abnormalcy" and towards discussing things that actually harm people and
impact quality of life.
