command switches work too. thats fine. the extension allows you to extract in multiple formats
including webm etc.

For that, ytdl allows `--merge-output-format', or you can do what I did and transcode it from
whatever the highest quality source is.
It just irritates me to see people reach for clumsy bolt-ons and deal with version
incompatibilities when there exists dedicated software exactly for this purpose. Using Firefox to
transcode media files is like saving a picture by copy-pasting it into a word document.
