I recall major virus threats every few months back in my late teens. I had antivirus at the time
and generally wasn't afraid of this shit, but I'm wondering if anyone has info on shit that
actually went down in connection to these national news virus alerts from the late 90s to early
2ks, the stuff that was supposedly a major issue. I'm realizing now that these were probably
coordinated at a high level, possibly FBI/CIA/NSA given all the major news channels carrying
them, but does anyone have a good resource on what this shit was actually doing?
