Should be. It's just advertisers trying to get back at adblockers by causing pop-ups to appear
when an adblocker is detected. That, or page redirects. I hate page redirects.

Jokes on them, thanks to SWFChan's aggressive ads getting around my adblock I installed NoScript
and disabled even ads that are not malicious.
