First learn to time your jumps to avoid her attacks consistently.
Once that's done just start jumping in the same direction that she is moving in and try to get a
hit on her back before she teleports again.
Sometimes hitting her will be simply impossible and most of the time almost so, just keep jumping
and wait for a good occasion.

I'm stuck in the blue room with all the switches and the transparent up arrow blocks. I saved and
can't go backwards from where I am. Is there some mechanic I'm missing here?

phew finally got unbanned, I was stuck at the pit with the troll block that blocks your jump, but
I got over it
If you step a bit further away from the platform and jump you'll notice you can pass through the
area where the block spawns at without it spawning at all, if that makes sense. You just have to
get lucky that it doesnt spawn and block your way, if it does, just run to the previous screen
and back to reset the block.
Do NOT attempt to jump from under it, you'll never make it, you have to jump from the side but
not too far or you'll drop into the pit, and pray the block doesn't spawn.
Also, hope you've got at least 5 keys and 200 coins ready, since after that there's a bunch of
those jumping dudes on pogos and a shop that sells the sword lvl 2 (200 coins) and you need to
unlock 4 doors in a row to get the CD upgrade (shooting attack). I'm grinding those pogo dudes
right now for the 200 coins

That block is supposed to be a "Kaizo block". It appears if you hit it from the bottom. (The
hitbox on it seems a bit messed up, since you can hit it from the side if you're too low as well)

Yes you can. Try hitting the switches from both sides. Also just noticed that for some reason the
mechanic you need for this doesn't work if the window you are playing on is very stretched so try
playing embedded.

when he's on the side platforms you can hit him with the sword. It's also possible to jump
through the bombs. If you time it right, you can hit him with the boomerang just as he comes out
of the center platform.
Anyone know what to do when you get to that last area with the jumping girl, little white blob,
and since reappearing block?
