Here's what I found out.
The heart shows how many times she's hit 100, and each time the counter hits 100, she does
'something fun' as >>3194049 said.
The Zzz icon shows her resistance towards waking up. Essentially, the bar on the right raises
slower the higher that number is, and at 100 you can not wake her up normally. After you've made
her heart counter hit 100 while her Zzz counter is 100, a star icon will appear that you can
click to change to a mode where you can make her awake or asleep at will, and in either state you
can still play with her.
The W icon will make you do things with both hands instead of one, and the ! icon makes the text
that appears when you hover your mouse over a spot you can click not appear. The ? icon is just
an about thing and has no functional use.
Touch lightly at the beginning or she'll wake up.
You can undress her at 40 Zzz's.

You have to make sure the bar at the right is empty. Shouldn't be a problem but I was able to
