waiver is only used for tourism, or for people who need to attend business meetings, they are
also only valid for 90 days, then you need to get a visa. Since he was making money he should
have gotten a work visa since he is technically working, and its illegal to work in a Visa Waiver
in the US. I feel 10 years is a bit harsh, but it would also happen to any other person caught
working illegally.
