Realistically all that will change that wasn't inevitable is we're going to backslide like mad
cunts on a ton of policies and it's going to make the next generation super pissed and even more
liberal, which will cause more minor changes in policy that will cause the following generation
to be super pissed and become even more conservative, and so on and so on. Every generation tries
to rebel against whatever's in power around the time they're teens due to an evolutionary
holdover of behavior equivalent to trying to leave the nest, but since that tends to be
financially impossible, it results instead in rebelling against whatever values mommy and daddy
or whatever family setup someone has. Last generation was fairly socialist and liberal with
shitty authoritarian conservatives too confused to leave near the end, this one's more facist and
conservative and will probably have shitty anarchic liberals too confused to leave near the end.
It's the same song and dance we've had for ages, just with new tech and communication that's
going to make those polarized swings even harder.
