  The biggest issue I can think of, really, has been the spamming of the same shit over and over.
  But that's been happening since the dawn of /f/.

  I think that's fine but a tangentially related issue is people changing the file slightly to get
  around the 24hr repost limit. Albeit that happens rarely but if it were ever changed to a higher
  limit, say 48 hours or even a week, people would be more inclined to do that.
