You can get to Erika's ending, but there's definitely some stuff missing. Basic idea to get her ending... be nice and polite with her when given the opportunity, go on the date with Hana and fuck her at the hotel, decline that dude's invitation to go hiking, ask Erika to the Hanami but don't hang out with her while you're there (this causes a dialogue loop), talk to Hana instead, then on the last day you have the option to talk to Erika and see if she wants to do something. This triggers the path that leads to her ending. As far as I can tell, there is no ending for Hana implemented. Closest you can get is by taking her hiking without Erika, but at the end of the hiking trip she always leaves to hang out with some other guys and it gives me a bad end. If you take both Hana and Erika hiking the player character ends up randomly thinking he might be gay for that jackass in the Knicks sweatshirt and the game ends.
