Dont redraw the floor, unless you actually want to style wise. I'm not sure if fluidanims or
stickpage is up (stickpage is most probably still around) but i would check the forums on one of
those sites for tips if you are actually serious. They focus on stick figures, fluid explosions
and movement.
This is bad but it isn't entirely bad. You put a lot of work into it and drew a lot of frames.
This means you may have the drive to practice and learn animation. Didn't cut any corners.
