youtuberips don't have sauces under them so your only bet is swfchan or 4plebs to look through
archived threads if anyone already posted the sauce (which is 99% always there)

If you have a microphone, midomi.com is a very useful site. Just play the song into your mic
while Midomi is active, and it'll often come up. This one didn't for some reason, but it usually
works.

Search the lyrics if there are any. In addition to resizing, rarely the sauce comes up if you
hover the mouse, click, hover in a certain place, click in a certain place or hit certain keys
like f1. Video rips hardly have this though, but searching the filename will often bring up the
video on youtube which might have credited the songs.
