  I'm working on adapting some variants for a real simple "sausage and cheese biscuit balls" recipe.
  It's been around forever and is stupid simple screams for adaptations/tweaks.
  The orig is mostly just sausage and cheddar mixed into biscuit dough with some rosemary sprinkled
  in, good but could use some zazz.

  So a few diff ways I was thinking going,

  Southwest / ancho chili
  (yeeehawww)

  Korean / kimchi spicy bbq dip
  (like bao and bulgogi but easier?)

  Nippon / spicy mayo sesame green onion
  (heading a takoyaki route)

  Loaded potato / sour cream chives
  (sour cream and chives makes most things better)

  Breakfast / eggs and maple..maybe?
  (entire breakfast in a bowl!)

  Idk I want to start tweaking these old recipes instead of just passing on ones that I deemed
  passable.
  Lemme know and toss any suggestions you have out.

  It's undoubtedly what you're doing. This is a really small board and so you feel it's more your
