Here's how to fix flash for those having problems
>In the address bar, type chrome:plugins to open the Plug-ins page
>On the Plug-ins screen that appears, find the Adobe Flash Player listing. Check the status
(Enabled or Disabled)
>Click Enable
>Select Always allowed to run to always allow Flash Player to run
>Close the Plug-ins screen

For you weirdos on chromium, or those getting "chrome://plugins may be down or offline" errors,
go to chrome://flags and toggle
Run all Flash content when Flash setting is set to "allow" Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS
to enabled
