It's in the flash. Open the flash itself in a separate tab/window (http://i.4cdn.org/f/why.swf),
and then resize the window by restoring down and then dragging the edges to change the shape of

Any flash with source under/around it requires viewing normally, not with embed, with the
exception being those with a button press or right click to see it.
If you're seeing anything while it's embedded on the page that's something wrong on your end.
