Shits slow as fuck, especially in the networking department.
One single switch from NPAPI to PPAPI made scripts I used to use on Drawball be impossible to use
at the speeds I regularly used them at. I thought Hypah had just updated his script detection.
Nope. Chrome updated and pushed PPAPI before NPAPI.
And it wasn't just a minor difference.
We're speaking 40ms dot drawings up to 300ms to be stable and stay connected. The network stack
for Pepper is fucked. Hence why they are killing it off instead of fixing it, despite it still
being in very common use on loads of sites.
Let's not even get on to the fact that HTML5 is FUCKED even harder and barely runs with hardware
acceleration even on some recentish hardware, never mind newer hardware. And even when it does,
it can be sluggish as hell.
This is the future. This is the future we let happen.
I tried to tell Google to stop their shit. I got banned from Google Groups because I called Ben a
cunt, who is a top contributor for Chromium, also the guy that killed Chromium sidebar API in
favor of those shitty little balloon pop-ups from Extension icons.
