  Anyone know how to use FFMPEG to encode videos (mp4, mpeg4) to swf?

  I've tried by running "ffmpeg -i test.mp4 test.swf" but the video ended up running at 4x speed
  while the audio was fine. Also, how do you compress it enough to fit under 10MB?
