For some reason like a third of the flashes I watch on here look all data moshed during some
parts, I can't find the answer on google so I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this?

This is a problem i've had for years, through several updates of flash player. Only ever seems to
happen with flashes I find from here.

Update your drivers? Maybe one of the ones that handels file download was installed wrong. My
computer game with a mic driver that crashed the windows sound player service whenever I tried to
use it until I reinstalled the driver.

a majority of flashes crunched together with SwfH254 have bitrate issues when played back on many
machines. Nothing to be done about it except discourage use of that cancer tool.

if that's the case then it sounds like a codec problem
uninstall whatever codecs you had and install the latest K-lite codec pack
