The movie is basically a 'parody' of superhero movies, and was too meta for me to be able to enjoy it, as every other line would be a joke or a 4th wall break. Then there is the edgy le feel no pain villain who, despite being a sadistic genius sort of doctor, is incapable of avoiding the plot-advantaged protagonist. The whole thing was very hand holding, and completely in the box. Deadpool says a funny, something sexual or graphically violent happens. This repeats ad nauseam until the end of the movie, where they copy the ending of Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
