How the fuck do I get chrome to work with .swf files instead of downloading now?
I've had this problem before but something in Chrome changed and none of the previous fixes work
now. Are .swfs just dead on chrome forever now?

More or less. Google hates us.
Embedding probably still works fine for other browsers, I have no issues with Opera.

Stop using Chrome. There are plenty of other good browsers out there, and as a bonus Google will
no longer be able to keylog even your partial searches. Plus flash will work. For now.
