  so... I been havin' an issue.
  Whenever I try to open a flash in a new tab, it tries to download.
  All guides say to go to Chrome:Plugins and enable, but that feature is discontinued, and the new
  version "content settings" I already have flash enabled in.
  So how do I open in new window and not have this issue?
