it's teh stock (and as of yet unchangeable) preloader that SwfH264 tool from swfchan provides.
ANY time you see that preloader, you know immediately that the faggot that made the flash used
that pleb-tier Cancer Tool to wrap a YT video (or vine, or other such carcinogen) into .swf using
the non-standard H264 codec, instead of the proper ON2VP6 codec that is designed by Adobe for use
in Flash containers.
