Noticed the preloader wasn't working properly, so that's fixed.

The clock knows what time it is at all times. It knows this because it knows when it isn't. By
subtracting when it is from when it isn't, or when it isn't from when it is (whichever is
greater), it obtains a difference, or deviation. The timing subsystem uses deviations to generate
corrective commands to drive the hands from a moment when it is to a moment when it isn't, and
arriving at a moment when it wasn't, it now is. Consequently, the moment when it is, is now the
moment that it wasn't, and it follows that the moment that it was, is now the moment that it
isn't.
In the event that the moment that it is in is not the moment that it wasn't, the system has
acquired a variation, the variation being the difference between when the clock is, and when it
wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the
CTM. However, the clock must also know when it was.
The clock timing mechanism scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of
the information the clock has obtained, it is not sure just when it is. However, it is sure when
it isn't, within reason, and it knows when it was. It now subtracts when it should be from when
it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of when it shouldn't
be, and when it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.
