  Since the new update, i haven't been able to open local flash files in firefox. any ideas /f/?

  why do you even update firefox? they've been taking away user choice for a while now.

  If you are on wangblows just right click, there should be something that says "Open with" or
  "default program" (if it's not in the right click menu, go to properties, it should be in there
  somewhere). Once you're there then select "browse" and navigate to the flash projector and select
  it. You should then be able to choose the flash projector, and then check the box that says
  "always open with this program".. From then on the file should be associated.

  At least that's how it works for me on windows 7. Might be different if you use 10, or god
  forbid, XP.

  You can either use a different browser, an older version, or get something like Fenix
  (fenixwebserver.com) to serve local files over http.
