I'm not talking fancy, laggy shaders, I'm just talking general anatomy, and attention to detail. For example, teats actually attached to the shoulder, they are like hanging sacs, not puffballs. Thus, they would tend to roll outwards from the chest just a bit, and the nipples would follow, tending towards the edge, and not dead center. The entrance to the vagina is surrounded by a rather fat labia, and when it's pushed aside by a penis, you can see it bunch up. The anus is supposed to be discoloured a rosy pink from the rest of the body, and the radiating lines aren't nearly so prominent except on the inner diameter, visible in the momentary gape after the penis is removed. A feature which has been added.
