The last update that was really worth anything was in December last year, and since then he's made "changes to the roadmap" and doesn't consider POW a "game" but a "gallery" so he just adds to it somewhat randomly, has a backlog on "poll scenes" I think and streams himself drawing/animating. He announced he wants to build a VN but, as far I know, hasn't said anything else about it unless it was during one of his streams, which I can't be fucked to even imagine attending. If you have or have had hopes for this project, I would go ahead and abandon them now. Terraraptor is one of those "hobbyist" content-creators so what comes and when is entirely unknowable even to him and he could drop the whole thing at any time. I dunno how much he's getting from Patreon etc. but he has a lot of fans, and he seems a decent fellow so I don't think he's actively fucking with anyone a la Breeding Season.
