Flash has been getting fucked since HTML5 came about; all the Flash Game sites are getting less and less visits. It's going to lose support from everyone but us diehards >>3326888 The only major one that seems to still support Flash is Firefox but I can't see that lasting much longer... >> [_] Anonymous 04/03/18(Tue)18:39:38 No.3326903 So what's the drawback to HTML5? I'm used to flash since it's been around and popular forever, but it seems like HTML5 is pretty much the same experience on the user end. I'm not an expert though so please correct me >> [_] Anonymous 04/03/18(Tue)21:23:40 No.3326931 >>3326903 It's not implemented the same across all browsers, lacks some features (can't recall off of the top of my head), requires svgs instead of whatever macromedia used for vector images, doesn't have an offline player, freezes the browser if it gets stuck, etc. |
