Devin Townsend Project - Hold On
Epicloud and Epiclouder were okay albums if you like pop melodies. DTP is a side work of Devin's
with different artists. I also recommend checking out Devin Townsend's solo works like Ziltoid
the Omniscient.

a side work to what? he stopped being the Devin Townsend Band ages ago. DTP is what he does

In 2003 while playing with Strapping Young Lad, Devin started doing his own solo work under the
band title of "The Devin Townsend Band." He split from both of these in 2007. In 2008 he started
up "The Devin Townsend Project" in which he originally had four concept albums written in
distinct styles and the idea was to bring in different musicians and artists for each one. Devin
had so much material to work with by the end of this that the DTP is still continuing to this
day. Along with all of this, Devin also releases albums on his own such as Ziltoid the Omniscient.
