Totally random, as far as I can tell. I think it decides on what gender based on the differential
between the two scores:
- Equal means hermaphrodite.
- One off means "slightly X".
- Two or three different means "X"
- Four or five means "real X".
I don't think I've ever managed a "perfect" game with only one gender's cards, so I don't know
what a difference of six generates.
