Because those little shits count like an alien army, so you lose because of overtime.
It's like "special ability" of alienated place.
This game is very amusing. And possible to beat if you know about those fucking aliens and
prepare to the assault - like build "giants growers" on half of you prefctures and builduing
full-squad snipers and samurais and "wall" on those territories, which are attacked first. By the
way you have to gather a lot of money - to restore killed samurais and snipers.
Then you wait till giants are produced and transport them to borders with aliens.
And then you make a mixed army of Giants-snipers-samurais (like 10/5/10) and then start your
invasion. Wait till aliens freeze you (if they don't - fine) and then cast "Haste".
You damn speedy green giants will totally grind fucking aliens.
