You cant be serious. I tried to watch the first season, and it did seem pretty interesting in the
beginning, but it was probably the most boring thing I've seen in years. I cant say whether or
not the second season is better, though. Is the protagonist still Touma? or whatever he's called.

Well, Railgun actually has one coherent plot from start to finish. Touma is just a side
character, Index never shows up, I think the only other characters you'll see who WERE in Index
are Biribiri and the Teleporter.
