If you count the BOTTOM half woman count, it's always 12 (since the bottom doesn't move). The
13th girl is the one on the top with the orange hair (initially 3rd from the right) who exists
ENTIRELY in the top when the picture is moved.

When the top is moved, every girl on the bottom is matched with a new top EXCEPT the leftmost
girl, who doesn't NEED a new top, just like the aforementioned red-head who doesn't NEED a
bottom. You can also see that when the picture is moved, girls are missing parts, such as the
girl with the yellow hat missing half of her FACE, the girl with the light blue hair missing
hands and a vagoo (conveniently hidden under her new pants but previously present), the naked
girl in the middle holding her breasts missing a neck and the BOTTOM HALF OF HER HEAD, the
white-haired girl with the black eye missing her TITS (the towel she's wearing USED to cover the
previous girl's waist), the rightmost girl missing the top of her pants, and so on. All these
little changes allow for what LOOKS like 13 complete woman to show up, when in reality, it's just
bits and pieces of 12 complete women rearranged.

Here, try this. Pick a body part that every girl has in the first part, 12 total. Now try and
count them again in the second part, and you'll notice that there are never 13 COMPLETE sets of
them. There will always be one or more in the middle that is cut strangely and isn't exactly
right.

For example, there are 12 mouths in the original pic, and still only 12 in the modified one
because the girl in the middle has it cut off (making it look like it's under her tits). There
are only 12 sets of eyes, because in the second pic one girl's head is half covered in a hat.
There are 12 pairs of nipples in both pics, because the girl with the orange towel doesn't HAVE
any in the second.
Things still LOOK ok in the second pic, but none of the girls are really COMPLETE.
