Theres not much context to give, but from what i can tell, Yukari (the one with the umbrella in
case u managed to be on /f/ all this time without knowing some Touhou characters) seems to
capture the sin sack people the men with the kanji 罪, Tsumi, which means sin. They're perverts
who lurk nico nico douga and 2chan and seem to be fans of Yukaris. She then seems to enjoy
killing them with her umbrella in the same fashion that "Bad Girl" from No More Heroes kills the
gimps. Yuyuko, the one in blue, is another Touhou character, and a friend of Yukari's.
