There's a joke involving Sakuya absolutely adoring Remilia to the point of nosebleeding around
her. Usually drawn in situations when Remilia does something cute, sometimes done whenever
Sakuya's in her presence.

It's from a game series called Touhou. Most of the games are of the vertical scrolling shooter
bullet hell variety, but there are 2-3 games that are fighters. The storyline is so bare that
nearly all of the character personalities are fan-made (in this case, Cirno being an idiot).
