Does anybody remember the name of a flash about human rights? Something about how it's unlawful
to enslave people, murder people, and the like.
It was in flash format made up of those kind of figures that look like they should belong on "wet
floor" signs. I don't really remember anything else about it other than it had extremely calming
background music. And the background was black.

what? you see who it was that complained about the incorrect file size limits on /f/ in the past?
or do you mean you realize why the limit should be increased from 8 mb? the flash you linked to
is only 6 mb so it can be upped to /f/
