Incorrect, it's not a time limit. Nor do flashes get "bumped off the end" for lack of comments.
It's a FIFO list order. Every flash gets a timetsamp when it's uploaded. When a new flash comes
in but the queue is full the flash with the oldest timestamp gets bumped off.
