However the difference between tracing and using something as a reference is simply put how closely it resembles the source material or at least how much work the artist is willing to do make it original, and a tracer is unwilling to do much at all. When it comes to animation traced shit will often have oddly static parts to it. The reason is because the artist was unwilling to animate those extra parts to fit the base animation. Take this for instance, a lot of time was spent on the body, the way her back arches a bit, the way her breast sorta squishes on the floor. But her head, her face barely moves and it sticks out like a sore thumb. Clearly whoever made this had no interest in animating her head so they didn't, and it suffers for it. Shit one of the girls in the backgrounds is just a head and neck, they thought they could hide it behind her shoulder but they didn't even try hard enough to do that right. Who ever made this's goal was simply to create the minimum viable product. As far as that goes it's passable, and that's all it will ever be passable. Tracing is necessarily bad, but only lazy artist get accused of it. And if anything an artist who has at least a scrap of integrity will credit their source.

But that would be if they found out about it and desired to do anything about it. Having people pay twenty USD to view it while calming its a Three min porn animation and using two and a half minutes from the show (over the ten second rule.) But more then likely they won't care. This is just a problem, one that slightly upsets me, but only to the point to bring attention to it in the odd chance some one more bothered by it does something about it. Zone-sama dose the same thing (using bits from the shows.) but in minimal amounts. Bato just takes other peoples work and recolors it or adds a badly imposed face over them.
