The animation doesn't bother me as much as it does the other guy (although if I go watch clips from DBZ I can see there's a pretty clear difference) but I do definitely dislike how undeveloped the whole cast feels. The whole things feels pretty nonsensical in most arcs too, but my friend tells me that Dragon Ball has always been that way.
