You can even look down at yourself and see your nurse uniform and boobs. It's a simulation game. But then a well-known pro-men site like menzebel.com writes an opinion piece about how the game doesn't represent the male nurses in this country. Then the game dev responds by saying, "well, it would take a LOT of developer resources to model the male body, the male gait, to do body capture for a male. We just couldn't afford it!"
