[_] Recipe inside Anon 3188197 Noodles are great man, so here is my way of doing it. This is shit you can make on a little fucking hot plate like I do. So git sum noodles, ramen, udon maybe even phaghetti. (I like using those big soft udon noodles from my local cheapy azn market) This works for one pack of udon, alright for 2X ramen and phaghetti you are on your own. In a pan combine: 1/2 cup chicken broth 2-3 Tbsp soy sauz 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp Sake (rice vinegar works well I even prefer it) 1 Tbsp Mirin 1/4 tsp sesame oil Add sriracha here if you wan sum heat Extra thicc add Unagi sauce and touch more sugar here (do this) Bring this to a gentle boil stirring occasionally Combine 1/4C water a tsp of cornstarch and a dash of sesame oil in a small dish and set side. If you have a cooked breaded pork chop you can slice that shit up and add it to the sauce before the noodles sauce katsudon style or just thin sliced precooked meats. (Pork belly is pretty boss here) Add cooked noodles too the sauce and stir to mix, check thicc and if its a little thin add some of the cornstarch mixture a little bit at a time till your happy. Reduce to low/med Crack two eggs in a bowl and beat with a splash of soy sauce, and a drop of sesame oil. Pour directly into/onto this noodly abomination. Cover for 3 min Add some fresh green onion maybe some seaweed flakes and put that shit in a bowl.
